Yes — sample quantities (typically 5–25 kg) can be requested for most grades, subject to producer availability. Sample pricing and shipping are quoted separately. Samples are a good way to validate processing behavior and color before placing a production order.

Air freight typically arrives in 3–7 days door-to-door; sea freight in 3–6 weeks depending on origin, destination, and port congestion. Producer lead time (often 1–4 weeks for made-to-order grades) is added on top. Your quotation states the estimated delivery window for the agreed Incoterm.

We ship worldwide by air and sea. Common arrangements are EXW, FOB, CIF, and DAP — the Incoterm is agreed per quotation. You remain responsible for import clearance, duties, and taxes unless the quotation states otherwise.
